By playing XStory you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Play nice

• No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content. Keep names and chat fine for a mixed crowd.
• No cheating, exploits, or bots that flood rooms. If you find a bug, email us and don't abuse it.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't post other people's private information.
• Follow the law.

We can remove things

We can rename or remove players, close rooms, delete characters, or block access, with or without warning, when it keeps the game decent for everyone.

Who can play

You need to be 13 or older. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should be okay with you playing.

The game

• XStory is free. We might add paid things later. If we do, they'll be clearly labeled and optional.
• It changes. Features, balance, and rooms can change, reset, or go away.
• Characters and items are just data in a game. You don't own them and they have no cash value.
• XStory is its own game and isn't connected to any other game or company.

Your name and chat

You're responsible for what you type. By typing it you let us show it to the other players in the room.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. It may be down, slow, or buggy, and we don't promise it will keep your character forever. To the most the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from playing or from the game being unavailable.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes go to the courts in Bexar County, Texas.
